We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and determined team player to join our team as a Sales Support Representative.  You will help us by maintaining Field Sales accounts as it relates to opening and closing businesses as well as database maintenance to prioritize information for external and internal customers.

Job Functions

Administrative:

  • Provide expedited customer service and resolution in a prompt manner.
  • Help update and resolve issues with Third party collect accounts by reviewing UPS/FedEx freight bills
  • Reactivate accounts/locations for Account Reps, Managers and CRR’s
  • Overall administration of open and closed accounts from evaluation to research legal matters of new accounts to approval or refusal. Communicate with external and internal customers. 
  • Recode accounts and inform other departments of new and separated Account Executives.
  • Maintain and distribute weekly reports as assigned.
  • Assists with related duties prior and after tradeshows as needed.
  • Backup to Field Operations Representative to assist with territory changes or other duties as needed.
  • Performs other duties within the Division as assigned by management.

Technical:

  • Overall maintenance of SQL Time system to maintain accurate and up to date information due to opening and closing accounts, territorial personnel, import mass lists for Account Executives and other key personnel.

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly uses a keyboard to interact with computer systems.
  • Regularly required to communicate verbally and via writing
  • Regularly sits for extended periods of time
  • Regularly proofreads and/or review documents
  • Occasionally lifts and/or carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasionally stoops, bends, reaches, and grasps objects
  • Occasionally walks and/or stands for extended periods of time.

Educational/Training Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two-years related experience in customer service, data entry and CRM software.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to work independently, attention to detail is an important requirement of this position.
